Tonight’s Parlay Picks
We’re pretty confident today…
After yesterday’s tipping headache, we are hit with a four game Thursday with some juicy odds. Apart from the battle in Brooklyn, all games are expected to be candy for the eyes and bring money in the pocket. The Bulls have done too much head wobbling and sliding down the Eastern Conference Hill, while the Clips are back to full health, showered up and reaching for the talcum powder to be ready for the game of the day.
See the write ups below for some guided analysis.
$$$$$$ Today’s BEST NBA Picks and Parlays $$$$$$
Brooklyn WIN @1.34.
Bulls/Clippers Over 201.0 Points @1.91.
Oklahoma WIN @1.27.
Sacramento WIN @1.42.
Philadelphia at Brooklyn
Points +/- Rank
RK | TEAM | OWN | OPP | DIFF |
30 | Philadelphia | 90.8 | 103.1 | -12.3 |
27 | Brooklyn | 96.2 | 103 | -6.8 |
The Say:
In short, Brooklyn will win. We won’t procrastinate too much on this match up. The Nets are in some sort of form with wins in 3 out of the last 5. This games at home, lock it in.
Best Bet: Brooklyn WIN @1.34.
LA Clippers at Chicago
Points +/- Rank
RK | TEAM | OWN | OPP | DIFF |
13 | LA Clippers | 103.4 | 101.6 | +1.8 |
17 | Chicago | 98.9 | 98.6 | +0.3 |
The Say:
A few weeks ago, you would have had these two teams heading in different paths to what is current. The Clippers were a shadow of their former selves after getting pants against the Warriors (every team is though) and the Bulls were a legitimate threat to the Cavs. Now, the Clips have won 6 out of the last 7 and are sitting in the top 4 for the West, while Chicago are on a 3 game slide and sitting 8th in the East.
Even though this game is in Chicago, the Bulls haven’t protected home court this season and expect the same tonight.
The Best Bet: LA Clippers 1-10 @2.78.
Atlanta at Oklahoma
Points +/- Rank
RK | TEAM | OWN | OPP | DIFF |
11 | Atlanta | 101.3 | 99.3 | +2 |
3 | Oklahoma | 108.5 | 101.6 | +6.9 |
The Say:
Both teams are playing some solid ball, but it could come down to Oklahoma having the day’s rest and being at home, while the Hawks pushed to a 98-95 win in Dallas last night. In OKC’s last appearance, they put on a show against the Grizzlies, with a 125-88 blowout that had the fans in the bars early.
“When we play together like that, we make the game easier,” said Kevin Durant ( 11/14 fg, 32 points on the night). “We were just playing smooth basketball. It was beautiful to watch. It was a fun game to play.”
The Hawks have been limiting the effectiveness of their opponents offensively (40% shooting) over the last three games.
Can’t really look past the Thunder at home though. If the Hawks can keep up the defense, the under line for the game looks alright.
The Best Bet: Oklahoma -4.5 @1.56.
New York at Sacramento
Points +/- Rank
RK | TEAM | OWN | OPP | DIFF |
20 | New York | 96.7 | 98.8 | -2.1 |
21 | Sacramento | 105.2 | 108.7 | -3.5 |
The Say:
After some solid early season form, the Knicks have slumped, winning only 3 of the last 10, including 4 straight losses on the road. In a 106-85 loss to the Jazz last time out, the Knicks started only managed to tally 31 points, pretty much what Stephen Curry can put up in 15 minutes if necessary.
“I didn’t see anything from those guys that started the game,” said Knicks coach Fisher. “This is three nights in a row for that group and we will have to consider if that can stay the same at the moment.”
It should be the Kings here, but we are never quite sure whether Cousins (25.1 ppg, 10.6 rpg) will suit up. With his record over the Knicks (31 ppg, 12 rpg over the last 3) if he does, it’s the best bet.
The Best Bet: Sacramento -5.5 @1.81.
