On Thursday, Houston outscored San Antonio by eight points during the fourth quarter of a 109-105 road victory and absolutely shit on millions of parlays around the world.

How the hell they lost to the Rockets G-League team we’ll never know, and now we place them in the naughty corner with the Jazz.

John Wall (knee) will miss again.

As Kyrie continues to develop his online sage store (or whatever the f*#k he’s doing), the Nets meet Orlando tonight, as a XXXXL James Harden rolls into town, literally.

This will be the second of a back-to-back on the road for Orlando, who were outscored in each quarter of an ugly 124-97 road loss against Boston last night.

The Nets  acquired James Harden from Houston and are now the favorite to win the Championship. On Wednesday, Brooklyn built a 16-point halftime lead and eased to a 116-109 road win over the Knicks.

Harden is likely to make his Nets debut tonight.

PICK – ORLANDO +9.5

These two meet for the second time, last time out the Raptors won in a 11-108 slog at Amalie Arena (Florida).

The Hornets have lost consecutive games, but are dishing the dimes out at an incredible rate, ranking first in the league in assists at 28.9 apg. On Thursday, Charlotte connected on 15-for-35 from the three-point line during a 111-108 road loss against Toronto.

The trends heavily favor a Charlotte spread cover again.

PICK – CHARLOTTE +8.5

Nick Nurse has figured out that Chris Boucher is in the Raptors’ best five on the floor after experimenting rather unsuccessfully with Baynes and others.

When Toronto moved to 1-6, Nurse decided to play Boucher and he has produced, averageing 20.8 ppg and 8.5 rpg in just under 29 minutes per game.

He averages 15.3 ppg and 6.5 rpg for the season, but in the five games he’s played over 25 minutes this season his averages jump to 22.8 points and 8.6 rpg, whilst his per 36 minutes numbers are 24.1 ppg and 10.3 rpg.

The Hornets are the easiest team in the league for Centres to rebound against, 16% above average which means we should see Boucher easily clearing the 23.5 PR line.

PICK – CHRIS BOUCHER OVER 23.5 PR

The Pistons had last night’s game at Washington postponed due to COVID-19 protocols, and it’s probably for the best as it will give them more time to think about their NBA league worst record.

The Heat have been missing several key players due to medical protocols and have dropped three of their previous four games. Miami trailed by 15 points at halftime and never fired a shot during a 125-108 road loss against the 76ers on Thursday.
