Tonight’s 8 Games:
Cleveland @ Orlando
Points +/- Rank

4 | Cleveland | 103.6 | 97.4 | =+6.2 |
20 | Orlando | 100.8 | 102.9 | -2.1 |
The Say
The Cavs won last out to Dallas (just) with LeBron on the sidelines. Orlando are still without some key players and are 50/50 to make tonight’s game. Hopefully ‘The King’ got some rest and heads down to Florida for an easy win. He can hang out with his buddy Wade again.
Best Bet: Cleveland WIN @1.20
Feeling Lucky: Cleveland -4.5 @1.31
Oklahoma @ Philadelphia
Points +/- Rank
RK | TEAM | OWN | OPP | DIFF |
3 | Oklahoma | 110.1 | 103.0 | +7.1 |
30 | Philadelphia | 97.1 | 107.5 | -10.4 |
The Say
The Thunder’s average winning margin in their last two games is 22.5 and could be another big win tonight. There is no logical reason for us to think Philly has a chance.
Best Bet: Oklahoma -12.5 @1.46
Feeling Lucky: Oklahoma -19.5 @2.68
Sacramento @ Detroit
Points +/- Rank
RK | TEAM | OWN | OPP | DIFF |
23 | Sacramento | 106.7 | 109.5 | -2.8 |
14 | Detroit | 101.9 | 101.5 | +0.4 |
The Say
The wheels have severely fallen off in Sacramento. Playoffs are out and relationships between coach and players is at an all-time low. Detroit at home should do enough to get the win.
Best Bet: Detroit WIN @1.35
Feeling Lucky: Detroit -2.5 @1.50
Boston @ Toronto
Points +/- Rank
RK | TEAM | OWN | OPP | DIFF |
7 | Boston | 106.0 | 102.4 | +3.6 |
5 | Toronto | 103.0 | 98.3 | +4.7 |
The Say
Boston have not been the same since Crowder went down and with another loss could drop to 6th in the East. The Raptors run a pretty tight ship at home and lead the season series 2-0.
Best Bet: Toronto WIN@1.60

Minnesota @ Houston
Points +/- Rank
RK | TEAM | OWN | OPP | DIFF |
26 | Minnesota | 101.6 | 105.6 | -4.0 |
16 | Houston | 106.1 | 106.9 | -0.8 |
The Say
The Twolves are pretty solid underdogs in this one, and as a tipster who has little to no faith in the defense of Har(*)en *insert *d here, or the heart of Dwight, it is tempting to take a conservative line here for Minnesota. The Twolves got over the line against OKC a few days back, and although that may not account for much now, win’s like that can keep a young team’s shoulders back for a while.
Even though it’s desperate times for them, we still have no faith in a Rockets win, but neither do we in a Twolves upset. But we do have faith in the line. Hallelujah…
Best Bet: Minnesota +12.5 @1.50
Feeling Lucky: Less than 224.0 @1.98
Portland @ New Orleans
Points +/- Rank
RK | TEAM | OWN | OPP | DIFF |
13 | Portland | 104.1 | 103.6 | +0.5 |
24 | New Orleans | 103.1 | 106.3 | -3.2 |
The Say
Neither team are setting the world alight, with the Pelicans 2/8, and Portland 4/6 over the last 10. The Pelicans have had the day’s break and are at home, and just towards the end of last year they pulled the Blazers pants down to the tune of an 115-89 thumping.
This time around the Blazers should win, and if not make it close. They just have too much talent in the back court against a Pelican’s outfit that places all of their hopes and dreams on a single entity, The Brow.
Best Bet: Portland +5.5 @1.46
Feeling Lucky: Portland WIN @1.88
Golden State @ Dallas
Points +/- Rank
RK | TEAM | OWN | OPP | DIFF |
2 | Golden State | 115.7 | 104.3 | +11.4 |
15 | Dallas | 102.4 | 102.7 | -0.3 |
The Say
Splash City gets on the bus to play the old legs of Dallas, who have managed to squeak out only 1 win of their last 7. Dallas just won’t have enough in the tank to stick with the Warriors, and there really isn’t much more to the story…
Best Bet: Warriors WIN @1.20 (icing on a parlay)
Feeling Lucky: Warriors 11+ @2.20
Phoenix @ LA Lakers
Points +/- Rank
RK | TEAM | OWN | OPP | DIFF |
28 | Phoenix | 100.3 | 107.9 | -7.6 |
29 | LA Lakers | 97.9 | 106.8 | -8.9 |
The Say
Phoenix travel to Staples in what should be the rolling credits after a pretty good day of ball. Both teams have continued their below average form over the last 10, however the Suns did manage to snatch a win against the Twolves 2 days back. If you’re looking for an expert NBA pick here, you’re tossing the coin like the rest of us. Having won 3 of their last 6, you’d have to say that Phoenix are in the better form, which is rare these days.
This should be a closely fought, average game of basketball.
