Chicago have lost 4 in a row and their chemistry is shot to pieces. Losing to the Knicks back to back was bad enough, but then they went to Orlando and put up nothing against a very undermanned lineup. All their stars are back but since tipoff in game 1 of the season, something just isn’t right. The funny thing is, they could win tonight! The Pacers are fresh off a win to the Rockets and are looking sort of OK with their 7-8 seed. Indiana are the favourites but Chicago have the better team on paper…(which history shows counts for little)

The Nets move on to Orlando while on their Florida roadtrip with a 0-3 record against the Magic this season. While having some miracle victories against the Cavs and Pacers recently, their luck may run out tonight with Vucevic and Oladipo rumoured to be ready to return. Without these two, Brooklyn will be able to put up a fight with Lopez being on fire of late.

The Thunder are beating everyone at the moment on an 8 game streak. The Spurs and Raptors felt their wrath and now Reggie Jackson gets to roll with the old gang again. Westbrook and Durant are on fire with tonight’s game a real test as winning on the road in Auburn Hills is not an easy feat. Tobias Harris will have his hands full tonight guarding Durant which will be the difference tonight.

It’s James Harden vs Cleveland – Lebron (rested). The Rockets have a great chance to further cement a playoff run tonight, 4 games ahead of Dallas in the West, in the last remaining playoff spot.
Harden has been playing as he does, with 28.6 ppg and no observable defense to speak of, and with little help offensively from Dwight, it’s no wonder he’s tired on D. Howard is averaging his lowest ppg since his rookie year with 14.1 ppg, while doing his best to blame others, as per usual.
If Lebron does indeed sit, we will look for a nice line to follow for the stocking-filler bet.

67-7 is the number of the day. The Wizards aren’t travelling too bad, having won 6 of the last 8, but tonight come up against the Warriors in Splash City. If nothing else, this game should serve to be an absolute shootout with both teams having the day off yesterday, so keep your eye on the total points markets, cos it’s gonna be a big one. The Warriors seem to have gone back a gear over the last month, no longer going with the “by how much” attitude, and more by the Spurs “by just enough” mentality.
The Warriors should get it done tonight on their way to the record. It will be a shoot out. It will be a great game to watch with J Wall and Beal against the Splash Brothers, and it will also be a Golden State W.
