The NHL’s Stanley Cup, the pinnacle of hockey, has been claimed by numerous legendary teams.

Leading the pack is the Montreal Canadiens, with 24 titles, their first in 1916 and most recent in 1993.

The Toronto Maple Leafs follow with 13 titles, although their last win was in 1967.

The Detroit Red Wings have 11 championships, with victories spanning from 1936 to 2008.

The Boston Bruins and Chicago Blackhawks each boast six Stanley Cup wins, with the Bruins’ latest in 2011 and the Blackhawks’ in 2015.

The Edmonton Oilers and Pittsburgh Penguins have each secured five titles, the Oilers dominating in the 1980s and the Penguins most recently in 2017.

The New York Islanders and New York Rangers each have four championships, with the Islanders winning four consecutive titles from 1980 to 1983.

The New Jersey Devils round out the list with three Stanley Cup victories, their last in 2003.
