MATCH PREVIEW

Following their first loss of the season, the Vikings aim to regroup when they visit the Los Angeles Rams in the bright lights of Thursday Night Football. Minnesota’s momentum was derailed in a 31-29 home loss to the Lions, costing them the division lead.

A disastrous second quarter, where Detroit scored 21 unanswered points, proved to be the turning point. On the other hand, the Rams secured their second win of the season with a 20-15 win over the Raiders at SoFi Stadium. The defense played a big role, forcing four turnovers from quarterback Gardner Minshew.

Offensively, Kyren Williams continued his strong campaign with two rushing touchdowns, bringing his season total to eight. The Rams are also set for a boost, with Cooper Kupp expected to return from an ankle injury that has sidelined him since Week 2.
