Best Bet: Charlotte -12.5 @1.20 – The Hornets basically didn’t show up in Game 1 and would be looking for an improvement based on their regular season record against the Heat split at 2:2. Its accurate to think that both Charlotte and the wider public weren’t expecting Luol Deng to blow up for 33 points as well as the Heat to score 41 in the first quarter to open up a 19 point lead. Game 2 should see a closer contest.
Feeling Lucky: Over 199.0 @1.91 – Miami threw away the shackles on the offensive end after All-Star break and began to score, which you could say turned around their season for the better. In Game 1, we saw not only the Heat putting up 120 plus, but the Hornets able to push the combined total to over 110. Unlike some of the other matchups or blow outs, these two teams look to be going down the shootout road.

Best Bet: Detroit +14.5 @1.42 – We could of locked in Cleveland’s Game 1 victory considering LeBron’s record for opening series games and the little detail of the Cavs finishing atop of the East. However, with that game out of the way, SVG and the Pistons will be going in thinking they have a chance for an upset. Not forgetting the three wins they had against the Cavs in the regular season.
Feeling Lucky: Under 201.0 @1.91 – All three stars on the Cavs clicked on the offensive end posting big scores. We think that is more a rarity than a trend and with SVG’s experience against LeBron and in ‘building WALLS’, the points may be a little harder to come by in Game 2.

Best Bet: Portland +16.5 @1.20 – Paying almost the same as a Clippers win, we are hoping here the Blazers improve by 4 points from Game 1. LA look like the team of old with Blake clicking on all cylinders with the younger Portland team a little overawed. Expecting Lillard and co to get a little closer tonight.
Feeling Lucky: LA Clippers -6.5 @1.62 – Chris Paul is still one of the best players in the league and with the Blake injury, the team were solid without their PF and had a chance to steal the third seed. This along with the overall team experience will give them a 2-0 lead.
