- The bookies reaped the rewards of the Warriors final’s hype and absolutely took the punters to the cleaners with the Raptors Game 1 win.
- 9 days off for the Warriors ended up being a negative, lacking that 5th gear in Game 1.
- Toronto shot 50% and got big games from Siakam, Kawhi and Gasol in an impressive 118-109 Game 1 win, able to hold off each predicted Warriors run.
- The Warriors are still missing Durant (calf) and Iguodala (calf) is banged up.
- Curry led the way with 34 points in Game 1 for Warriors, Klay Thompson added 21 points and Draymond recorded a triple-double, but no other Warriors player scored in double figures.
- Durant’s absence was felt on the defensive end as well with Siakam going off for 32 points on 14-of-17 shooting, while Kawhi (23 points) and Gasol (20) provided a dominat effort in the front court.
- The punters again look to be headed towards to bright lights of the Warriors for Game 2, and with Toronto coming in again as -1.5 favorites, it may be the bookies that again reap the rewards.
- Warriors every chance tonight, but Iguodala questionable, Durant out and Cousins at 35%, we just can’t go there tonight.
- The Game 1 total points line of 213.0 has settled at 213.0 again for Game 2 after getting out to 214.0, and we’ll be sticking with Over again tonight.
