The regular season matchups were a sweep for the Warriors, and starting game 1 at Oracle Arena, it’s no real surprise that they’re firm favourites. However the $1.25 on offer is very short, even firming overnight from the $1.30 yesterday.

This matchup averaged 230 ppg this season, and if all guns are blazing, the total line of 223.5 looks nice, perhaps taking 3-4 points off that to be “safe” – 217.0+ @1.52 perhaps.

The 2016 MVP should be near 100% after a small break since dropping 17 points in overtime to sink the Blazers in Game 4. The Thunder have been the #1 rebounding team in the playoffs with 55.3 pg, and if Bogut sits, they should continue this advantage. The questions remains however whether or not Adams and Ibaka will be effective against the floor spreading ball movement of Golden State.

Could be a case of the Warriors small ball vs Thunder size, in which case the Thunder will need to place some faith in the Warriors not finding their range. Bold move, but expect to see plenty of different lineups in this series.

Curry (30.1 ppg) and Thompson (22.1 ppg) vs Durant (28.2 ppg) and Westbrook (23.5 ppg) … get a beer or two ready, this is going to be worth watching.

Bogut is listed as questionable with a hip, while Draymond’s ankle seems to be doing fine after participating in Friday’s practice. No listed outs for the Thunder.

Golden State can’t be passed up here.

Feeling Lucky: Over 223.5 @1.91 – The total lines in Warrior’s games this season have brought some nice returns for the punters, and although this is game 1 and they may be sizing each other up for stretches, there will also be the league’s best offensive players in the building. Should be some Splash!

Feeling VERY Lucky: Stephen Curry First Basket @5.45 – Because he’s the best shooter in NBA history.
