The Cavs turned the ball over 21 times in a loss to the Nets two nights back, showing that they have a ways to go before syncing in 2017/18.
With Cousins scoring 41 in a comeback win over Sac two night’s back and the possible return of Anthony Davis they could be in it, but they won’t get the W.
Cavs to win and cover a thin spread.
Oklahoma City @ Chicago

The Thunder threw away the game last night against the Timberwolves, a missed three from Melo at the buzzer could have taken the game to OT, but no go.
Surely the Thunder will sync at some point, and despite being on a back-to-back, we have to take them over Chicago, but that line’s too high.
Houston @ Memphis

The Rockets are on night two of a back-to-back however were able to rest starters late last night in a blowout against Charlotte, while the Grizzlies have had a couple of night’s off to rest.
Memphis to win in a tight one. Unders the best bet.

Liking Boston here, with Whiteside listed as day to day for Miami we’ll take the slim -1.5 unders while they are available. The Celtics rank 3rd in the league in defensive efficiency and should keep the Heat’s scoring quiet.
Boston and Unders, confidence increases with a sitting Whiteside.
Philadelphia @ Dallas
H2H Trends –
- Philadelphia are 1-4-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings in Dallas.

The Mavs are sitting 1-5 and are shooting a low 41% from the floor, with a PPG +/- of -8.8. The 76ers aren’t fairing much better in that category at -7.9 PPG +/-, however their upside is considerably higher in this contest.
Liking the young 76ers to bring too much energy here. Take the slim line.
Phoenix @ Portland

- Under is 11-4 in the last 15 meetings in Portland.

Season 2017/18 begun with the Blazers handing the Suns their worst loss in Phoenix history with a 124-76 loss, and that was without CJ McCollum.
The Suns have managed to win twice since that fateful day, however after sacking Eric Bledsoe due to an errant tweet, we give this game 5 starts of confidence the way of the Blazers.
Portland leads the league in rebounding at 51.4 per game.
LA Lakers @ Utah
H2H Trends –
- LA Lakers are 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings.
- Under is 12-5-2 in the last 19 meetings in Utah.

The Jazz remain elite on defense, ranking 5th in OPP PPG this season and this will be a contrasting game with the faster paced Lakers and the slower Jazz offense head to head.
The Jazz are rested and with the young Lakers on a back-to-back, we’ll run with the Jazz.
Unders the best bet.
Detroit @ LA Clippers
H2H Trends –
- Detroit are 1-4 ATS in the last 5 meetings in Los Angeles.
- Over is 4-1-1 in the last 6 meetings.
- Detroit are 1-3-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings.

LA Clippers | Under | Detroit |
-7.0 | 208.5 | 95-87 |
The Clippers are undefeated and with the departure of CP3, Blake Griffin has elevated his game with 26 ppg, 9 rpg and 5 apg.
The most impressive aspect of the Clippers (short) streak is their staunch defense allowing just 91.8 ppg with a PPG +/- of +19.2.
The Pistons are impressing also, but we’ll run with the hot hand here.
LA Clippers at the line and Under.
