TONIGHT’S BEST MLB PICKS
CHICAGO WHITE SOX @ BALTIMORE
The Orioles (80-59) look to clinch the series win against the struggling White Sox (31-108) in the final game of their three-game series on Wednesday night at Oriole Park at Camden Yards, starting at 6:35 PM ET.
Baltimore will send Albert Suarez (7-4, 3.14 ERA) to the mound, while the White Sox will counter with Jonathan Cannon (2-9, 4.70 ERA). The Orioles have dominated the season series, going 8-2 in their last 10 games against Chicago.
The White Sox are attempting to avoid their fourth straight series sweep, following losses to the Tigers, Rangers, Mets, and the first game of this series.
With one of the league’s worst offenses, averaging only 3.04 runs per game and posting a .219 team batting average (29th in MLB), Chicago faces a tough challenge. Their pitching staff has struggled as well, allowing 4.76 runs per game with a 4.89 ERA, ranking near the bottom of the league.
Baltimore, still chasing the AL East title, is scoring 5.01 runs per game, with Gunnar Henderson and Anthony Santander leading their lineup. Suarez, who had a strong performance in his last start, will aim to secure the win and help Baltimore take over first place in the division.

PITTSBURGH PIRATES @ CHICAGO CUBS
The Pirates (64-73) and Cubs (71-67) face off in their final series of the season on Wednesday night at Wrigley Field.
Pittsburgh won the first game of the series 5-3, thanks to a late rally in the 8th inning. Bryan Reynolds and Andrew McCutchen both hit home runs to help the Pirates secure the win, although they remain out of playoff contention, sitting last in the NL Central and 10 games back from the final Wild Card spot.
Bailey Falter will start for the Pirates, carrying a 6-7 record and a 4.41 ERA into his 24th start of the season. He struggled in his last outing, giving up four runs in just four innings against the Guardians.
The Cubs, despite Monday’s loss, have been surging, winning six straight games prior to the series. They remain 2nd in the NL Central, with hopes of securing a Wild Card spot. Shota Imanaga (11-3, 3.14 ERA) will start for Chicago, coming off a solid season and looking to continue his strong form.
