While all signs with LaMelo are constantly trending upward, I’m going to take a heat-check in this fixture against the Spurs based on the Spurs backcourt personnel.
I’m staking a claim that the length and speed of the Spurs backcourt – could prove as an issue for Ball.
Primarily, Dejounte Murray, who can chase you on screens, keep in front of you and make you earn baskets more than the next defender.
The Spurs are 15-11, and have surprised many. I think we’ll see another uncompromising Spurs performance.
