Facing elimination, the Knicks will host the Pacers in Game 5 of the Eastern Finals at Madison Square Garden on Thursday night, trailing 3-1 in the series.

Indiana took full control with a 130-121 win in Game 4 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, putting themselves one win away from a trip to the NBA Finals.

The Pacers’ edge came inside the arc, shooting 57.1% (32-of-56) on two-point attempts, compared to New York’s 48.1% (26-of-54). They also dominated in points off turnovers, holding a 20-9 advantage. Tyrese Haliburton delivered one of the best performances of his career, finishing with 32 points, a career-high 12 rebounds, 15 assists, 4 steals, and 5 threes. Pascal Siakam added 30 points in the win.

Jalen Brunson led the Knicks with 31 points, but New York will need more to extend their season. The Pacers have now won 15 straight games when Haliburton scores 25+ points. Injuries could be a factor again—Karl-Anthony Towns (Knicks) and Aaron Nesmith (Pacers) are both listed as questionable heading into Game 5.
