Playing the second leg of a back-to-back, the Cavaliers head to Little Caesars.
Cleveland has taken all three meetings this season and holds a 12-game win streak over Detroit.
Detroit is coming off a 122-96 blowout win over San Antonio, led by Marcus Sasser’s career-high 27 points and five triples on 9-12 shooting. Cade Cunningham remains out, but Sasser’s breakout may keep things interesting.
The Cavs also just handled the Spurs, winning 124-116 behind Donovan Mitchell’s 25-point, eight-rebound, 14-assist (career-high) performance and Jarrett Allen’s season-high 29 points with 15 boards. With this being a back-to-back, it’s unclear if Cleveland will rest anyone.

Set to meet for the second time this season, the Clippers and Nets face off at Barclays Center.
Their first meeting? A 126-67 demolition by the Clippers—yes, 67 points was Brooklyn’s total. The Nets might still be having flashbacks.
More recently, Brooklyn got thumped again—this time 116-86 by Toronto—despite Nicolas Claxton’s season-high 22 points, 11 boards, and five blocks. With Cameron Johnson returning, they’ll hope to snap a stretch that’s seen them drop eight of their last nine.
The Clippers cruised past the Knicks 126-113 on Wednesday behind Kawhi Leonard’s 27-10-7 line and James Harden’s 29 points. They’ve now won nine straight when that duo combines for 55+ points.

Ranked 14th and 11th in the East, the Hornets and Raptors meet at Scotiabank Arena for their second clash of the season.
Charlotte took the first meeting 138-133 back in October, but previous to that thay’d lost seven straight in Toronto.
The Raptors are coming off a 116-86 beatdown of Brooklyn, powered by Orlando Robinson’s 23-point, 12-rebound (equal-career-high) effort on 10-14 shooting, even without Immanuel Quickley (who’s back).
Charlotte dropped a 111-104 home loss to Orlando on Tuesday despite LaMelo Ball’s 25 and nine—but they won’t have him this time. The Hornets have now lost 18 of their last 19 games without Ball.

Returning home from a five-game road trip, the Bucks host the Knicks at Fiserv Forum.
New York has taken both prior meetings this season, extending its win streak vs. Milwaukee to four games.
The Bucks are coming off a 127-117 loss to Denver, where Brook Lopez stepped up with 26 points and three blocks in the absences of Damian Lillard (out) and Giannis Antetokounmpo (questionable). Still, Milwaukee has gone 10-4 in its last 14 conference games and will be eager to get back on track.
The Knicks dropped a 126-113 home loss to the Clippers despite Karl-Anthony Towns’ 34-point, 14-rebound outing and OG Anunoby’s 28 points. New York has now lost three of its last five, though the Bucks have been their recent punching bag.

Fighting for a spot in the West play-in, the Suns visit the Timberwolves at Target Center.
Minnesota has taken all three meetings this season and rides a seven-game win streak vs. Phoenix.
The Wolves are coming off a 119-103 loss to Indiana despite Rudy Gobert’s 16-point, 16-rebound effort. Still, they’ve won 5 of their last 6 in conference play and will look to stay hot at home.
Phoenix got smoked 132-102 by Boston on Wednesday despite Kevin Durant’s 30 points. That loss snapped a four-game win streak, and the Suns have now dropped six of their last seven on the road.

Set to meet for the fourth time this season, the Warriors and Pelicans will battle it out at Smoothie King Center.
Golden State has taken all three prior matchups—including a 112-108 win in New Orleans—and will look to break out the brooms in this season sweep.
The Pelicans are coming off a solid 112-99 win over Philly, led by Kelly Olynyk’s do-it-all line of 14 points, 11 boards, seven assists and three steals in the absences of C.J. McCollum and Zion Williamson (both out).
The Warriors were flattened 112-86 by the Heat on Tuesday while again missing Stephen Curry (questionable). Golden State has now lost four straight road games without him, posting a dreadful -14.9 net rating in that span. With Curry, they’re a different beast (+4.9 rating on the road).

At opposite ends of the West, the Jazz and Nuggets square at Ball Arena.
Denver has taken all three matchups this season, and five straight overall.
The Nuggets are coming off a 127-117 win over Milwaukee, powered by Nikola Jokic’s 39-point triple-double (ho-hum), Michael Porter Jr.’s 23-point, 10-rebound, three-steal effort, and Christian Braun’s 19-point, 10-board outing. Denver is now 6-0 when that trio combines for 70+—call it the Mile High Trifecta.
Utah fell 121-110 to Houston at home on Thursday and will try to end a brutal 15-game road skid. If they want to avoid lucky number 16, they’ll need more than a miracle—or maybe just Jokic to take the night off. Jamal Murray is questionable.
