Tonight’s Free NBA picks
Just the 3 games tonight, let’s make it a sure thing coming into All-Star Weekend. (Trying desperately to pay for those Valentine’s gifts. If you have nobody to hug, we’ll try to get you a few extra drinks at the bar with a win tonight).
Picks come early tonight because you know… the Mrs needs attention.
*Original lines taken game morning, adjust accordingly.

Picks –
Both aren’t setting the world on fire with 4-6 over their last 10, however at the United Center the Bulls seem to hit another gear, while the Raptors away record is worth considering.
Having lost 3 straight the Bulls are not impressing, with the risk of falling out of playoff contention, they’d want to get their shit together or they’ll be in Mexico during the pointy end of the season.
Wade is doubtful (wrist), Butler (heel) is probable, and Mirotic (back) is unlikely, so when considering this bet, consider that the Bulls are the Walking Dead.
Keep an eye out for pre-game lineups, that line is too risky otherwise. If Wade and Butler lineup perhaps VOID.
Best Bet: Toronto +7.0 @1.91 (-110)
Feeling Lucky: Total Points Over 205.5 @1.91 (-110)
Cleveland @ Minnesota
Win/Loss
TEAM | HOME | ROAD |
Cleveland | 23-5 | 14-11 |
Minnesota | 14-17 | 7-17 |

Cleveland | 111.2 | 106.0 | +5.2 |
Minnesota | 104.6 | 105.6 | -1.0 |
Picks –
The Cavs have the day’s break, but it’s the threat of a depleted Cleveland lineup that throws this all about.
K-Love will sit with a wonky knee, and with that lies the cloudiness that has plagued the Cav’s betting for the season. It all relies on the lineups, and that is why they are betting poison.
If Kyrie and LeBron line up tonight, take the Cavs, otherwise place this game outside at burn it.
Wiggins needs three more 20-point games in a row to tie Kevin Garnett’s franchise mark for the longest streak…. so there’s that.
Surely taking the reigning champs against a 21-34 team isn’t a risk. They’ve won the last 6 in this matchup…
Best Bet: Nope.
Feeling Lucky: Cleveland -4.0 @1.91 (-110)
Sacramento @ LA Lakers
Win/Loss
TEAM | HOME | ROAD |
Sacramento | 12-15 | 11-17 |
LA Lakers | 12-13 | 7-24 |
Points +/-
TEAM | OWN | OPP | DIFF |
Sacramento | 103.4 | 105.8 | -2.4 |
LA Lakers | 104.7 | 110.5 | -5.8 |
Picks –
The Kings are in form having won their last 3, however it’s been a tough schedule, and the Lakers have a couple of days rest on them back at the Staples Center.
Within 1.5 games of a playoff spot behind Denver, the Kings must have an extra few % of motivation, the only issue here is that they haven’t impressed at all on the road.
The Kings have taken some big scalps over their last home stand, including the Hawks, Celtics and Warriors. Surely that gives some cred right?
We’ll roll with the Kings tonight, with Boogies form against the Lakers being the dominant factor.
Cousins averages 29.5 points and 13 rebounds this season against the Lakers, and have lost three straight to Sacramento at Staples.
Boogie got this.
Best Bet: Sacramento +1.5 @1.91 (-110)
Feeling Lucky: Sacramento 1-10 @2.80 (+180)
