The Trends-
- Toronto are 2-5 ATS in the last 7 meetings.
- Toronto are 2-5 ATS in the last 7 meetings in Cleveland.
The Raptors finished Game 1 with an 11 point loss, but it wasn’t a true reflection of the game, with Cleveland never in doubt and dominated from start to finish, pressing the accelerator when necessary.
But who expected anything else really, with Toronto’s awful 1-12 run over Game 1’s in their playoff history.
At one point of the game, Lebron jokingly took a beer out of a speculator’s hand and put it to his lips, without taking a sip. The action alon however didn’t impress some –
“That’s them,” Raptors guard DeMar DeRozan said Tuesday. “Every team LeBron’s been on, they’ve done some kind of whatever. We can’t get caught up in making that part of the game. We go out there and control what we can control and ask for us to get a win.”
The +7.5 line for the Raptors is tempting, however we think this may be a boil over the way of the Cavs.

We went with the underdogs in Game 1 and go the victory, and hot damn, what a victory it was, with the Spurs embarrassed at home to the tune of 27 points.
Coach Pop said he was not concerned, and we believe him, that man has seen it all and then some –
“There’s not much that coaches don’t worry about, but that won’t be one of them in all honesty,” Popovich said. “We’ve got to play a lot smarter than we saw tonight. I thought Houston played really well in every facet of the game.”
Still, we’ll roll with the line for the underdogs again at +5.5. Just so much offense up their sleeves and Kawhi can only guard one at a time.
