Brooklyn will play its second straight without Durant, who is out for at least a week due to COVID-19 safety protocols.

On Tuesday, Brooklyn cruiesed to a 130-96 win over the Jazz with four new starters alongside Kyrie, who made his first nine shots and scored 29 points.

One of Brooklyn’s new starters was Jarrett Allen, who just decided to absolutely clown Rudy Gobert, collecting season highs of 19 points and 18 rebounds.

In Philadelphia’s 141-136 win over the Wizards last night (that killed our parlay), Embiid scored a season-high 38 points. It came when the 76ers, who had been surrendering a league-low 41.5% shooting, allowed Bradley Beal to get 60. However the 76ers negated their poor defensive outing, by shooting 61.7%, hitting 18 3-pointers and scoring 82 points by halftime.

Philly are rolling, don’t let the one-in-a-million shooting of the Nets last time out fool you.

The T-wolves are in the midst of in a five-game losing streak as they arrive in Portland, a city in which wins are historically difficult to come by for the franchise.

The task of scoring an upset becomes more difficult when you look at the amount of points Minnesota is allowing during its five-game losing streak, giving up 123 and 130 in each of the games while losing by 15 or more in four of the five contests.

Portland has lost back-to-back games, including a disappointing 111-108 home loss to the  Bulls on Tuesday. The Trail Blazers blew a 20-point first-half lead and allowed 66 points in the second half.

Minnesota will be without Karl-Anthony Towns (wrist) for the sixth straight outing.

Both rank in the bottom three of the league in defensively so Overs is nice.
