Well, I’m 2-0 to start the post-season and I’ve got another rock solid play as I return back to Joel Embiid on the Over 27.5 points.
The bookies have rolled up his total, that’s fine though – because the writing is on the wall and he is going for 30 plus otherwise this falls on Brett Brown.
Embiid returned 26 points, on 53% from the floor alongside 16 rebounds. But most importantly, just the 14 shots attempts.
At what stage do the 76ers realize that under no circumstances should Burks or Richardson be taking more offensive load in front of Embiid?
Joel Embiid is set to take 20+ shots tomorrow with all offense will got through him – regardless of the scoreline. He will keep them in the game wire-to-wire.

The undermanned Nets are picking some much needed playoff reps on the fly.
The Raptors made an early statement in Game 1, extending to a 33-point lead in the 2nd quarter.
The Nets however put on a surge of their own to cut the margin to 8 points before the Raptors again took control and eased out to to a 134-110 win.
The Raptors have depth and playoff experience, and after the Nets gutsy effort in game 1, it should be a formality from here in.

The Celtics will attempt once again to wear down Joel Embiid after prevailing 109-101 in the series opener, getting 32 points from Jayson Tatum and 29 from frontcourt partner Jaylen Brown.
Boston rotated fresh bodies on Embiid, who scored 11 points in the game’s first 7:08, helping the 76ers take a 17-16 lead, but then just 15 more the rest of the way, not making a field goal over the final 11:36.
Gordon Hayward suffered a Grade III right-ankle sprain in the 4th quarter and is almost surely is out for the rest of the series.
Marcus Smart is the logical recipient of the lost Hawyard minutes, but that further weakens the Boston bench.
Embiid has stated he will look to be more aggressive after his Game 1 disappearance so we’ll keep an eye on his Over/Under Points market.

Luka Doncic had 42 points, the most by a player making his playoff debut, nine assists and seven boards for Dallas. However, Doncic committed 11 turnovers. Tim Hardaway Jr. added 18 points and Seth Curry chipped in 14.
The Mavericks were hurt by the ejection of forward Kristaps Porzingis less than three minutes into the third quarter after drawing his second technical foul during a skirmish with Morris.
