LeBron being rested last game apparently didn’t go down well with the King where he watched his old team dismantle his older team that he currently plays on….
The Cavs are slowly getting back to healthy with Kyrie not far from making his season debut. The Blazers are coming off a loss to the Bucks away last night and will face a near impossible test against the LeBron and the King’s men. With fresh legs, Cleveland should have no trouble defending home court.

Every game we think the Warriors might struggle and again and again, they prove us wrong. We will continue to tip them until the streak is over, then probably still tip them after that, whenever that will be. PG13 will be the one player who will say otherwise, although even with Barnes out, Iggy pop would get the glove gig if required. But what are we saying here, who is going to stop Steph? A close one in Indy but the Warriors will take the choccies (chocolates), and should be a lot of points scored.

Houston have somewhat recovered from their horrible start with winning 5 out of the last 6 which sees them sitting pretty in the top 8. A few trade rumors are swirling and you can feel a move being made shortly, will it be with the Nets? Based on form you would expect a Rockets win but we can never be too confident. Houston just.

The Say:
Both teams are in some decent form this should be a tight one, and with 2 teams that have played each other more over the last 2 years (40 matches since 2010-11) than any other, they should be familiar with each other’s game.
Both are jacking up bricks from beyond the arc over their last 4 games, the Grizzlies (13 for 54) and the Thunder (3-19 (24.1%). This is either going to be won from the paint, or lost from from long range….or both.
The Thunder are conceding 108.1 on the road compared to 98.4 at home. This one will be close, and the team that is more aggressive in the paint will win here. With OKC ranking #2 in rebounds, vs the Grizzlies at #28, we’ll go Thunder.

Definitely some contrasting form here, with Orlando having won 6 of the last ten, including 5 of the last 6. On the other hand, the Nuggets are 2 of their last 10, while rarely being within 10 of each loss. In other words, they are playing some shit basketball, no point being diplomatic.
Oladipo is averaging 18.5 ppg for the Magic off the bench after putting up 12.8 ppg as a starter, and the shakeup to the lineup has certainly been a reason they’ve scraped a 2 game winning streak together.
“I think we’ve been playing good basketball,” Oladipo said. “This is a little bump in the road, but at the end of the day, it’s going to happen. We just have to bounce back now.”
Gallinari leads the Nuggets with 17.7 ppg, including 4o over Orlando in their last match up.
But form tells the story here, and there is no reason to pick the Nuggets in this after 2 of 10 (one being against the 76ers).

I began typing 3 times before I realized that the outcome of this game could literally be a roll of the dice. So which way will the dice roll? These are 2 teams that have disappointed us numerous times this season. They build us up…then break us down.
The Kings are opening a 3 game home stand, in which they hope DeMarcus Cousins ( 25.2 ppg, 10.5 rpg) will be healthy after a lower back strain. The Kings insist he’s healthy, but check in prior to tip off to make sure, for the sake of your bet.
“Nothing that I’m aware of, other than (over) 82 games, it’s difficult to be a great player every night,” Kings coach George Karl said. “That just doesn’t happen all the time.”
Surely the tension in the King’s locker room between coach Karl, Cousins and Rondo was eased over a few tequilas in Mexico City.
If Rondo (12.3 ppg, 10.9 rpg) and Cousins both play, lock in the Kings for us, otherwise VOID.
