Picks against the spread
The Celtics have won their three home games this series by an average of 17 points, and are undefeated at TD Garden in these Playoffs. Dare we run against the home court trend…?
K-Love went down with concussion after a head clash and will be a game-time decision for tonight. If he does sit the Cavs will need their support cast to again step up and help the King, who lit up the stats sheet in Game 6 with 46 points, 11 rebounds and nine assists in 46 minutes.
The Cavs leaned on a combination of players in the 2nd half of Game 6 to fill the gap left by Love, who has a history of concussions and did not play after the break. Jeff Green (14 points) and Larry Nance Jr. (10 points on 5-of-5 shooting) stepped up and will again be needed to provide the same output in Game 7.
We’ll stick with the home team trend.
