Denver @ Charlotte
Points +/- Rank
RK | TEAM | OWN | OPP | DIFF |
21 | Denver | 102.4 | 104.8 | -2.4 |
9 | Charlotte | 103.3 | 101.0 | +2.3 |
The Say
Denver are on their long Eastern road trip but one thing we can’t disagree on is the Hornets record in winning at home. Charlotte are behind the Cavs and Raptors in home record and playing against a team without their best player is enough for us.
Best Bet: Charlotte WIN @1.20
Feeling Lucky: Charlotte -4.5 @1.45
Brooklyn @ Detroit
Points +/- Rank
RK | TEAM | OWN | OPP | DIFF |
27 | Brooklyn | 98.2 | 104.6 | -6.4 |
14 | Detroit | 101.9 | 101.5 | +0.4 |
The Say
After getting though the Kings last night, the Pistons shouldn’t have any trouble doubling up the wins against the Nets. At home is another good thing. Equal in percentage with the Bulls, a win tonight is another step closer to post season glory.
Best Bet: Detroit WIN @1.20
Feeling Lucky: Detroit -4.5 @1.47
Oklahoma @ Indiana
Points +/- Rank
RK | TEAM | OWN | OPP | DIFF |
3 | Oklahoma | 110.1 | 103.0 | +7.1 |
10 | Indiana | 101.8 | 100.5 | +1.3 |
The Say
The Thunder continue on their merry way through the East but will face a spiritual Pacers tonight. Hoping to get a win tonight, the Pacers need it. They are a game ahead of the 8th place and with the log jam for post season spots up for offer, the incentive to win tonight couldn’t be greater. The Thunder will welcome back Ibaka after sitting out last night for rest purposes.
Best Bet: Oklahoma +7.5 @1.20
Feeling Lucky: Oklahoma WIN @1.58
New York @ Washington
Points +/- Rank
RK | TEAM | OWN | OPP | DIFF |
22 | New York | 98.9 | 101.6 | -2.7 |
17 | Washington | 103.0 | 104.2 | -1.2 |
The Say
The Wizards have won 3 in a row as they chase the post season. At home, the Knicks don’t serve as a major threat but you never know. We are betting on the Wizards incentive to put pressure on the Bulls and Pistons.
Best Bet: Washington WIN @1.28
Feeling Lucky: Over 200.5 @1.45
Houston @ Atlanta
Points +/- Rank
RK | TEAM | OWN | OPP | DIFF |
16 | Houston | 106.1 | 106.9 | -0.8 |
7 | Atlanta | 102.5 | 98.8 | +3.7 |
The Say
Houston head to Atlanta to play an in form Hawks team who have won 8 of their last 10. We prayed for the line last night in the Houston/Timberwolves game and we got it. We still don’t really have any faith in the Rockets, especially against a Hawks team in the kind of form that they are in.
Best Bet: Atlanta WIN @1.31
Feeling Lucky: Atlanta 1-10 @2.40
Cleveland @ Miami
Points +/- Rank
RK | TEAM | OWN | OPP | DIFF |
4 | Cleveland | 103.6 | 97.4 | +6.2 |
12 | Miami | 99.0 | 97.9 | +1.1 |
The Say
The super-friends reunite as Lebron takes his talents to South Beach once again. Both sides are rolling, with Miami 7/3 and the Cavs 8/2 out of their last 10. The Heat have however lost 3 out of their last 5, but at home and with a day’s rest, they will keep it close.
Best Bet: Miami +13.5 @1.20
Feeling Lucky: Cleveland WIN @1.70
Utah @ Chicago
Points +/- Rank
RK | TEAM | OWN | OPP | DIFF |
10 | Utah | 98.0 | 96.7 | +1.3 |
18 | Chicago | 101.8 | 103.1 | -1.3 |
The Say
The Bulls have found a relatively good vein of form, even with line-ups that would have disappointed ticket holders over the last month. Utah need to win this one, being just one spot behind Dallas and Houston who hold 7th and 8th spot in the West.
Liking the Utah line away tonight. Until the Bulls get some sort of roster on the floor, there is no confidence here.
Best Bet: Utah +7.5 @1.48
Feeling Lucky: Take the above and get on with your day.
LA Clippers @ Memphis
Points +/- Rank
RK | TEAM | OWN | OPP | DIFF |
6 | LA Clippers | 104.6 | 100.8 | +3.8 |
19 | Memphis | 98.9 | 100.5 | -1.6 |
The Say
The Clippers travel to Memphis to face the walking wounded Grizzlies. With Blake still out, the Clippers still aren’t at their best either, but they should do enough to beat a Memphis team that has lost 4 out of the last 5.
Best Bet: Clippers WIN @1.14
Feeling Lucky: Clippers -6.5 @1.47
Golden State @ San Antonio
Points +/- Rank
RK | TEAM | OWN | OPP | DIFF |
2 | Golden State | 115.7 | 104.3 | +11.4 |
1 | San Antonio | 104.8 | 92.5 | +12.3 |
The Say
This is one to watch. The Spurs haven’t lost at the AT&T Center this year, and if it was ever going to happen, it would be tonight. The Warriors played last night in a 130-112 win over the Mavericks, in a game which was close, but a formality once Golden State kicked into 5th gear in the last.
If the Warriors had the day’s breaks, as the Spurs have had, we would be confident in the Warriors win, especially seeing them dismantle Pop’s boys 120-90 back in January. Coach Kerr should have managed his lineup knowing that tonight was coming, and we will place our bet with these things in mind.
Just enjoy the show…
