Atlanta got rid of the Wizards easily in the first game but travelling to Philly isn’t as easy as previous years, just ask the Thunder. However, with Howard and Millsap taking control of the post, the 76ers without Noel and Simmons will struggle to contain them.
Big ups for Embiid on his debut for the 76ers. Coming up against Superman tonight will be another welcoming for the big man. Hawks to win comfortably.

If this game wasn’t the second leg of a back to back, we would be very comfortable to go with the Hornets at home. However, with Charlotte having to produce a big second half to defeat the Heat away, the Celtics are in a good position to run over the Hornets tonight.
These teams are very even in all facets, will be too hard to split but if your looking for a victor, take the fresh legs.

The Knicks have their first game at home and will hopefully get the chance to show their fans opening night was just a blip on the radar against the NBA Champs and no need to panic for the upcoming season. I think we all hope for Porzingis to feature more in the offense instead of Rose taking all his shots.
Memphis got their first win with a come back effort against the young Wolves. The Conley/Gasol tag-team featured in the comeback to rescue the Grizzlies from a home defeat. With Parsons still out, Memphis will have a gap in guarding Carmelo who could be the difference.

Even though the Cavs are flying back from Toronto, the Magic shouldn’t stand in their way from another victory tonight. The Quicken Loans Arena is pumping for this season and this Cavs team are sending a message to the league to come catch them. Most teams have had their issues with new personal, injuries and coaches but in Cleveland, it couldn’t be any sweeter.
Orlando were out of the game against the Pistons last night pretty early and will need more than luck to get close to the Cavs tonight.

The Pacers are already being labelled the Rockets of last season in terms of all talent, no game as they burnt us all last night losing to the Brooklyn Nets. Not to mention the OT scare at home to Dallas in the first game. All signs point to stay away.
Chicago looked great with D-Wade putting up 3s and Rondo running the point with their win against the Celtics. Another test for them tonight and maybe the new look lineup have gotten over the demons of last season.

Both are looking for the maiden win, and both are notorious poison for our betting slips. Antetokounmpo stacked the stats sheet for the Bucks in their opener with 31 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists against Charlotte, while the Nets surprised a few getting over the line against the Pacers last night. Nice win that was for the Nets, but the Bucks with a couple day’s rest at home should get them over the line.
