Charlotte’s form at home has us at a point where we don’t even look who they are playing as its ending up with wins for the Hornets. They have a hard schedule coming up with 10 out of 17 games away so cash in with their great home record while you can. Just in case you’re wondering, they are playing the Mavs who have lost 5 straight.

With Gallinari likely shut down for the rest of the season, the Nuggets might struggle in South Beach. The Heat are tightly hanging on to 4th in the East and a loss tonight would push them out. Wade is a game time call but with the older heads among the lineup, Miami will get through with a win.

The Chicago injury report looks like a playoff starting 5. Noah, Rose, Butler and Gasol all out, Kirk Hinrich isn’t even around to save the day. In Toronto, the Raptors will get the job done and just about slam the door on the Bulls post season hopes.

A very important game for both teams due to the spots up for offer in the East. Washington are on a 5 game slide but with a win at home puts them 2 games from 8th. Beal is a game time call but expect the Wizards to push for the win at home.

After such a good East roadtrip the Rockets ended the last game on a low getting smashed by the Hornets. Back at home against the Memphis “Generals”, they should win this easy.

This will be a fun one to watch. With Lillard and McCollum against Durant and the walking catwalk Russell Westbrook, this match-up should be quick and aggressive at the rim. OKC has lost 4 of their last 6, with last quarter fadeouts becoming a real issue. The Blazers are 5/5 of the last 10, however were streaking before that with an 11/1 run.
This is tough one to pick, but we will give the edge to an OKC team with something to prove at home.

Here is another toss of the coin. The T-Wolves are 10-23 on the road this year, while the Suns have an equally poor 11-22 home record. Towns will runaway with the ROY trophy this year, and against a Suns interior defense that is heaven for opposing big-men, he should have a day out. The Suns have an average roster at best, and with the young talent from Minnesota coming off a victory over OKC, and with a day’s break, should have the legs and confidence to take this one.

Cleveland travel to the Bible Belt to take on a Jazz team that have won their last two, but have gone 4/6 over their last 10. The Cavs are rolling winning of their last 7, and looking to cement their spot atop the East, now 3 games clear of the Raptors.
The Jazz will struggle to hold off a Cavs outfit who have found their offensive rhythm. Kyrie, Lebron and the Cavs will have too much firepower on the floor for the Jazz, who will, as usual play some good defense, but forget about scoring in the meantime.

The Pelicans are 0-3 on their current road trip, and travel to Golden State to act as the next sacrificial lamb on the way to the Warriors season record. New Orleans have won 2 of their last 10, and it will take a Lakers-like upset to beat the Warriors at home, where they are an unbeaten 30-0 this season.
Curry has scored 40 and 53 points against the Pelicans this year, and even with Anthony Davis who is surely a future MVP, they will still end up being win number 60 for Splash City.
