Rose is in? Yeah, nah? Last time we listed him as out for our post title, and were told not 15 minutes later that he, was indeed, warming up. So we will play it by ear until we know for sure. But it’s no big deal because as we said last time, it’s Jimmy’s team now, and he will decide on the outcome of games from here on in.
The Bulls are sitting pretty with a 21-12 record, and 2nd in the East behind the Cavs. But it’s matchups like these that sometimes throw a prediction into turmoil. The Bulls have been pretty reliable of late, having won 6 of the last 7. The Celtics have lost 3 of the last 4, but are playing very well on the road (10-6), especially defensively.
As much as we may seem to get on Derrick Rose about injuries, it’s only because we’re disappointed when he isn’t out there, and seeing him attack the rim frequently last time out gives us more confidence in the Bulls W.
This one is hard to pick, but the Bulls are at home, and full of confidence. Bulls in a close one.
